ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On December 1,
2005, the Court was notified by letter from Petitioners’ attorney, Blaney A.
Coskrey, III, that his client has decided to withdraw its request for a
contested hearing, and further requests that the hearing in this matter be
cancelled, and the case dismissed.
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January
24, 2006, is cancelled, and the case is hereby dismissed.
