The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court) on June 17, 2005. On July 22, 2005, M. Elizabeth Crum, attorney for the Petitioners, filed a letter with the Court in which she set forth that Petitioners were withdrawing their appeal with prejudice. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
