The
above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court
(Court) on June 21, 2005. On June 23, 2005, Raymond H. Ziecker, the sole
Protestant in this matter, filed a letter with the Court in which he set forth
that he was withdrawing his protest. Therefore,

IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
