ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
The
above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court
(Court) on February 11, 2005. On June 9, 2005, the parties filed a Consent
Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice with the Court, withdrawing this
case. Therefore, pursuant to the Consent Stipulation of Dismissal Without
Prejudice and the letter of Darrell Thomas Johnson, Jr., dated May 17, 2005,

IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
