The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court)
on February 4, 2005. On April 28, 2005, M. Elizabeth Crum, attorney for the Petitioner, filed a
letter with the Court in which she set forth that the Petitioner was withdrawing its case.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
