ORDERS:
ORDER
This
matter comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the
appeal of Dewitt Williams, an inmate incarcerated with the Department of
Corrections (Department). In his request for relief, Williams alleges that the
Department failed to respond to his grievance in which he challenges the denial
of his inmate pay. In its Motion to Remand filed on March 23, 2005, the
Department requests that "this case be remanded so that the Department can
continue processing Williams' grievance, for which a final agency decision is
anticipated in a relatively short period of time."
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter be REMANDED to the Department with
the Department granted thirty (30) days from the date of this Order to process
Williams' grievance.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
