ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the
appeal of Marisol Uribe, an inmate incarcerated with the Department of Corrections
(Department), following a conviction of Sexual Misconduct in which she lost thirty (30) days
accrued good-time. On October 11, 2004, the Department filed a "Motion for Remand" in which
it set forth: "After review of the hearing transcript, it is apparent that there is no substantial
evidence that Uribe engaged in the said infraction. Thus, the Department respectfully requests
that this case be remanded so that the Department may overturn Uribe's conviction and restore
any lost good time." Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal be REMANDED to the Department for it
to overturn the Appellant's conviction in this inmate grievance matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
