ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Court (“Court” or “ALC”) on January 5, 2010. On May 20, 2010, the Department notified the Court that it is withdrawing the violation report at issue in this case which obviates the need for a contested case hearing. On May 24, 2010, the Court received a written notice from the Department confirming that the matter is no longer contested. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
