DISMISSAL OF APPEAL
Pursuant to Rule
41(a)(1) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable
Administrate Law Judge Division Rules governing voluntary dismissal, and with
the consent of counsel for the parties, Respondent n the above-captioned action
hereby withdraws her request for a contested case hearing and the parties
hereby stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of all claims against Alisha
H. Akbar.
