ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to a
Notice of Appeal filed by Appellant on April 1, 2009. On April 14, 2009,
however, Appellant notified the Court by telephone that she wished to have her
appeal dismissed. She stated that there was no need in moving forward with
this matter sub judice because she intended to explore collecting social
security disability.
THEREFORE
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
