ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the
request for a contested case hearing by Respondent on December 31, 2008. The
Petitioner notified the Court that the Respondent paid the fine therefore the
Petitioner requested that this matter be dismissed.
THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDERED that the above—referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
