ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to a
Notice of Request for a Contested Case filed on April 23, 2008. On April 23,
2008, however, Petitioner notified the court that the parties have reached an
agreement and stated that there is no need to move forward with this matter sub
judice.
THEREFORE
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
