ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter
comes before me on Respondent, H.A. Trout’s request for a Contested Case
Hearing to determine whether the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division
(“SLED”) erroneously denied Revoked his Private Security Registration. On
November 25, 2008, this Court sent a Notice of Hearing to both parties. The
Notice of Hearing included a warning indicating that failure to appear at the
hearing may result in dismissal of the case.
A hearing was
held on January 5, 2008. Petitioner failed to attend the hearing. Counsel for
SLED attended the hearing and orally moved to dismiss the case.
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO
ORDERED.
