The
above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Court (ALC or
Court) on October 14, 2008. On January 9, 2009 the Protestants set forth a
letter stating that they were withdrawing heir protest. Therefore, finding

ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
