ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Southern
MRI, LLC brought the above-captioned contested case to challenge the S.C.
Department of Health and Environmental Control's decision to grant a
Certificate of Need to Hilton Head Regional Medical Center for the purchase and
installation of a 64-slice computed tomography scanner.
The
Court has been informed that Southern MRI, LLC desires to withdraw its
challenge and dismiss this case, and Respondents consent to the dismissal of
this case.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned contested case is hereby
dismissed with prejudice with each party bearing its own fees and costs.
