ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated September 26, 2008, that it
desired to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on the
Respondent’s denial of the Petitioner’s application for a retail beer and wine
permit and a business liquor by the drink license. There being no case in
controversy after the Petitioner’s withdrawal,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
