ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated November 12, 2008, that it
desired to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on the fact
that Respondent turned in her non-resident producer’s license because she was
moving out of state. There being no case in controversy after the Petitioner’s
withdrawal,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The hearing set
for Tuesday, December 18, 2008 at 10:00AM is hereby cancelled.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
