CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE

The Petitioner, by and through their counsel, Mary D. Shahid, Esq. and R. Cody Lenhardt, Jr., Esq., and with the consent of Respondent, through its counsel, Natalie R. Armstrong, Esq., hereby moves to have the within action dismissed without prejudice. It is further ordered that Respondent, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (“SLED”), will issue Petitioner, Daniel C. Deal, a Private Investigative Business License upon receipt of the expungement information relating to a January 26, 2006 incident.

Based on the foregoing, this Court hereby Orders that: 1) the Petitioner’s Contested Case against Respondent should be, and it is hereby, dismissed and ended, without prejudice; and, 2) SLED will issue Petitioner, Daniel C. Deal, a Private Investigative Business License upon receipt of expungement information.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED this 20 day of October, 2008.
