ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the undersigned pursuant to Roy M. Stevens, Sr.’s Request for
a Contested Case Hearing file with the Administrative Law Court on May 13,
2008. On September 3, 2008, the Petitioner, by and through his counsel of
record, indicated that he wished to withdraw his request for a contested case
hearing.
THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is hereby DISMISSED,
WITH PREJUDICE. Due to Petitioner’s withdrawal, the hearing scheduled for
2:00 PM on September 3, 2008, is hereby cancelled.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
