now the Petitioner, Daisy Outdoor Advertising, Inc., by and under authority of
its authorized representative, and with consent of the attorney for the
Respondent, South Carolina Department of Transportation, pursuant to Rule 41 of
the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedures, hereby gives notice that the
above referenced outdoor advertising contested cases have been settled by the
parties and hereby request the dismissal of both contested cases with
prejudice.
