By a Motion to Dismiss and Memorandum in Support of Motion to Dismiss for Mootness
dated December 6, 2004, Respondent InMed Diagnostic Services of South Carolina, LLC,
moved to dismiss the above-captioned case as moot. Petitioner MedQuest Associates, Inc., and
Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control consent to the
proposed dismissal. Therefore, as it appears that this matter is moot and there are no justiciable
issues remaining in controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED pursuant to
the motion of the parties.
