ORDERS:

ORDER

This matter is before me pursuant to the appeal of Karole Jensen (Appellant), from the final decision of Respondent, South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Administrative Law Court (ALC) has jurisdiction to hear this matter pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-600 (Supp. 2007). After hearing Oral Arguments, I find that Appellant lacks standing to proceed with this matter and therefore this case should be dismissed. However, if this case was properly before the Court, an appropriate resolution would be to allow Appellant, on behalf of Kyle Furr, to submit to HHS bills incurred from February to June 1, 2007, within two weeks from the date of this Order. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
