THIS
MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Petitioner, Wando Outpatient
Surgery Center,
LLC which stipulates to the dismissal of the above-captioned contested case, by
letter dated June 2, 2008. Based on good cause shown,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)
of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, and as authorized by S.C. Code
Ann. § 1-23-320(f), the above captioned case is hereby dismissed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
