ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
Respondents
South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (“Department”)
and Palmetto Health Alliance, Palmetto Health Parkridge (“Palmetto”) filed a
Motion requesting that the Administrative Law Court (“Court”) remand this
matter to the Department with instruction that the Department void NAD-07-35
pursuant to the request by Palmetto as evidence by the February 25, 2008 letter
from Palmetto to the Department. By letter dated March 5, 2008, Petitioner
Lexington County Health Services District, Inc., d/b/a Lexington Medical Center informed the Court that it consented to Palmetto’s Motion. Accordingly,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be remanded to the Department with the
instruction that the Department void NAD-07-35.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
