ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court) on
September 8, 2004, in which the Petitioner is contesting the South Carolina Law Enforcement
Division’s (SLED) denial of his application for a concealed weapons permit. On November 15, 2004,
the Petitioner filed a letter with the Court in which he set forth that he was withdrawing his request
for a contested case hearing as SLED has since granted his permit for a concealed weapon.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
