ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on motion of the Petitioner, A. W. Smith, L.L.C., by and
through its undersigned counsel with the consent of the Respondent, South
Carolina Department of Transportation, seeking a dismissal of its appeal from
the decision of the South Carolina Department of Transportation, dated July 12,
2007. It appears that this motion is proper and, therefore, the appeal of the
decision of the South Carolina Department of Transportation by the Petitioner in
this matter is hereby dismissed.
