ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This contested case action was initiated by Petitioner Tenet DISC Imaging, Inc., d/b/a East
Cooper Imaging. Petitioner contests a determination of a proposed decision dated April 23, 2004
that East Cooper Imaging’s request for PET scanning services one day per week does not meet the
standards for exemption and requires a CON review. The parties consent to a dismissal of this action.
WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this action be dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
