ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER is before me due to a request by the Petitioner for a concealed weapons permit. This request was initially denied by the Respondent and the Petitioner requested a contested case hearing to review that decision. By letter dated October 31, 2006, counsel for the Respondent notified the court that SLED had agreed to reconsider Mr. Washington’s request for a concealed weapons permit. Mr. Washington later confirmed by telephone that he has received his concealed weapons permit. Based on good cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that there being no additional case in controversy, this action, including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
