ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
It appearing to the satisfaction of this court that the parties hereto have agreed upon a compromise resolution of all matters involved in this contested case haring and that the compromise settlement has now been concluded.
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of the respondent, by and with the consent of the petitioner, through their undersigned attorneys:
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the protest of the respondent be, and the same hereby is, dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
