ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A Consent Order Imposing Administrative Penalty and Two Years Suspension was signed by Respondent in the above-referenced matter on October 16, 2006 and executed by Eleanor Kitzman, Director of the South Carolina Department of Insurance on October 19, 2006. This document was filed with the Court on November 30, 2006. This agreement, entered into by all parties of record, obviates the need for a contested case in this matter.
Based on the foregoing,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-referenced contested case is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
