ORDERS:
AMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Court (ALC) pursuant to S.C. Code Ann.
§ 23-31-215(D) (Supp. 2003) and S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-310 et seq. (1986 & Supp. 2003). The
Petitioner appeals the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division’s (SLED) revocation of his
concealable weapons permit. At the commencement of the hearing into this matter, W. Rutledge
Martin, attorney for the Respondent, made a motion that this matter be dismissed as the
Respondent was withdrawing its revocation of the Petitioner’s permit. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
