ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Thomas G. Eppink, Attorney for Respondent, filed
December 14, 1998, to dismiss the above-captioned matter. This matter is before me on a Motion
filed December 7, 1998, signed by Robert B. Vaughn on behalf of Petitioners, and also signed
and consented to by Kelly D. H. Lowry, Attorney for Respondent, to dismiss the above-captioned
matter. The parties indicate in the Motion to Dismiss that Petitioners have remedied all
administrative violations and have paid the necessary registration fees and penalties to
Respondent. The parties also indicate that Petitioners are withdrawing their request for a
contested case hearing, and the parties request that the Court dismiss this matter with prejudice.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss is granted and that the
above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 98-ALJ-07-0539-CC is hereby dismissed with
prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
