ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On October 17, 2002, the Court was notified by Christopher McG. Holmes, attorney for Respondent, Interstate Speedway,
(Interstate) that Berkeley County has extended its sewer lines to allow Interstate to pay a tap-in fee in order to obtain
service, therefore resolving the issue of the need for a septic tank permit. A copy of letter is attached hereto and made a
part of this Order. There being no further controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above referenced matter be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
