ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
On June 20, 1997, the above-referenced case was filed with the Administrative Law Judge
Division (Division). On July 14, 1997, a letter was received from Petitioner stating, "I would like
to request a hold on a hearing as the local Horry County DHEC office and I are working on a
possible solution. I will keep you notified of the outcome of the proposed solution and either
withdraw my appeal completely or request that a date be set." The Order and Notice of Hearing was
filed on July 18, 1997, scheduling the hearing for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 1997. On
September 18, 1997, a letter was received from Petitioner stating, "I am asking, your Honor, at this
time to withdraw my petition against DHEC for an administrative review without prejudice."
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed
without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
