ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner, through its counsel, notified this Division by letter dated March 23, 2004, that
it desired to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s denial of
the Petitioner’s application for a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise designation.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that my previous Order and Notice of Hearing is hereby
rescinded due to the dismissal of the matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
