FINAL ORDER AND DECISION

This matter was scheduled to be heard on February 18, 2003 on the Appeal by Chuck's Heating & A/C, Inc., and Charles W. Bass, Jr., as qualifier for Chuck's Heating & A/C, Inc. concerning limits on the license to perform work in Georgetown County, and the appropriateness of the fine levied by the Respondent. The Court was notified by telephone call from Kent Lesesne, Counsel for the Respondent, that the final payment of the negotiated settlement had been received from the Appellant on February 11, 2003. After confirmation of the settlement, the Court agreed to dismiss the case.

The matter having been settled to the satisfaction of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that the matter is DISMISSED.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
