ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter comes before me upon DHEC's Motion to Vacate, or in the alternative Motion for Contempt, and Tin Products' Cross
Motion for Contempt. Based on my consultations with the parties and review of the Motions, exhibits and affidavits, I Order the
following:
1. Tin Products personnel shall be allowed access and provided copies of original documents earlier seized pursuant to a search
warrant for use in updating its process safety management review. This access shall be granted no later than March 26, 2001.
2. The process safety management review for the stannic chloride operator shall be updated within twenty-one (21) days of the
receipt of the requested documentation.
3. Failure to submit a complete report within this time shall subject Tin Products to a civil penalty of One Thousand ($1,000.00)
Dollars per day.
4. Within two days of DHEC's receipt of the updated report, a conference call between all parties and the Court will be held to
ascertain the completeness of the report.
5. As per the parties' requested in camera discussions, the filed Motions for Contempt shall be held in abeyance pending the
resolution of the above conditions.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
