ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant
to a request for a hearing by Petitioners A.C. Allen and Judy Allen regarding the removal of a
foster child in their care. By letter filed on August 9, 1997, which is attached and incorporated
by reference, Petitioners informed this tribunal that they withdraw their request for a hearing in
this matter. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
