ORDERS:

CONSENT ORDER

A SLED agent received a mailing from the Respondent offering the SLED agent the opportunity to win cash at a drawing to be held at Respondent's video poker location. Upon entering the location on December 21, 1996, SLED agents observed various patrons being offered chances for the same drawing, along with the opportunity to participate in a drawing to win a Mississippi gambling boat cruise. Based on this information, Petitioner cited Respondent with an administrative violation for violating S.C. Code Ann. § 2-21-2804 (B) (Supp. 1997). Respondent and Petitioner agree to dismiss this violation based on the consent order entered into in Docket No.: 97-ALJ-17-0557-CC.

I find that the agreement of the parties is a satisfactory resolution of the contested matter between the parties, is fair and reasonable, and hereby order its adoption.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
