ORDERS:
ORDER AMENDING FINAL ORDER OF 10/16/97
The undersigned Administrative Law Judge issued an Order of Dismissal dated October 16,
1997, dismissing with prejudice Case Number 97-ALJ-17-0549-CC. It has been brought to the
Court's attention that there is a clerical mistake in the caption of the Order issued on October 16,
1997. "J.M. Brown Amusement Co., Inc." in the caption of the Order is a clerical error.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, pursuant to ALJD Rule 51, the Court's Order of
October 16, 1997 is hereby amended by changing the name of Respondent in the caption of the
case from "J.M. Brown Amusement Co., Inc." to "Sonco Amusement Co., d/b/a Blue Top" as
styled above.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
