CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This matter is before the Court upon citations issued by the Department of Revenue and Taxation against Respondent for violation of the South Carolina Video Games Machines Act, S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2770, et. seq. Respondents are cited for failing to attach an owner identification to three Class III video gaming machines in violation of S.C. Code § 12-21-2748. A hearing was scheduled for this matter on September 2, 1997. Prior to the hearing, the parties reached an agreement resolving this matter, and that agreement is incorporated into this Order.

1. Best Amusements, Inc. hereby agrees to pay a fine in the amount of $1,500.00 within thirty (30) days of the date of entry of this Order;

2. Best Amusements, Inc. agrees to place owner identification decals upon the three Class III video game machines that are subject to this violation.

Based upon the foregoing Consent Agreement by the parties, it is hereby ordered that the above agreement is approved and that this case is dismissed with prejudice.
