ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Carol I. McMahan, Attorney for Petitioner, filed
June 19, 1997, for an order dismissing the above matter with prejudice. Petitioner states in its
Motion to Dismiss that Respondent has paid the penalties imposed by the South Carolina
Department of Revenue and that there remains no matter at issue in this case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0181-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
