ORDERS:
ORDER
Pursuant to Respondent's Motion For Reconsideration, filed May 23, 1997, and
Petitioner's Response to Respondent's Motion For Reconsideration, filed June 23, 1997, the
monetary fine of $12,500 imposed under this tribunal's Final Order and Decision of the above-captioned case, filed May 13, 1997, is vacated.
This case is remanded to the Petitioner for reconsideration and imposition of an
appropriate penalty.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
