ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before me on a Motion for Remand to the Administrative
Hearings Division of the Division of Motor Vehicle Hearings of the South
Carolina Administrative Law Court for a hearing pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §
56-5-2951.
With the consent of both parties, it is hereby ordered that the Order
rescinding the suspension of Petitioner’s driver’s license is VACATED.
Further, this case is remanded to the Administrative Hearings Division for an
administrative hearing to be conducted within sixty days of the date of this
order.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
