ORDERS:
ORDER AMENDING DECISION
In the above-captioned matter, the previous Final Order and Decision of this tribunal, dated August 24, 2001,
is hereby amended.
The following footnote is added at the end of the citation to S.C. Code Ann. Reg. 7-86 following the block
quote on the third page of the Order:
1 For violations of this Regulation by retail beer and wine licensees, the Department may impose a monetary
penalty between the amounts of $25 and $1000. See S.C. Code Ann. § 61-4-250(1) (Supp. 2000). The $400
fine imposed in this case is well within that range.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Final Order and Decision issued by this tribunal on August 24,
2001, is hereby amended.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
