ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of W. Lance Jones, sole Protestant in this action, by
his letter dated May 29, 1999. Mr. Jones states in his letter that he is no longer interested in pursuing
his protest regarding the issuance of an off-premises beer and wine permit to the Petitioner.
Respondent S.C. Department of Revenue was excused from attending the hearing in this matter by
my Order signed May 20, 1999, pursuant to Respondent's Motion to be Excused in which the
Department stated it would have issued the permit but for Mr. Jones' protest. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
