ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for November 13, 2003, at 9:30 a.m. The
Court was advised by letter dated October 31, 2003, from Susan Duncan, Legislative Coordinator
for the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation, that the Board of Medical
Examiners did not receive any requests for a hearing on the proposed regulation in the above matter
and that the hearing will not be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for November 13, 2003, 9:30
a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 03-ALJ-11-0326-RH is hereby dismissed.
