ORDERS:
ORDER
This case comes before me upon Motion of the Respondent for a stay of this Court's
order filed July 24, 1996. Petitioner consents to a sixty day stay in order to allow the
Respondent to obtain an expedited Judicial Review Hearing on the merits. Further the
Respondent consents to this sixty day limitation provided this limitation is without prejudice
to move for a brief extension of the stay upon a showing of good cause and that he has done
everything within his power to obtain the expedited hearing on the merits within sixty days
but the Courts have not been able to schedule the hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE upon Motion of the Respondent and consent of the Petitioner,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order filed July 24, 1996, be stayed for sixty
days, and that the Respondent's license remain in effect during this period of time so that he
can continue to operate his business and that this sixty day limitation on this stay is without
prejudice to the Respondent to move for a brief extension upon a showing of good cause and
the Respondent's attempt to have this matter scheduled for a hearing on the merits but the
Court's inability to schedule it.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED 30th day of July, 1996, at Columbia, South Carolina.
