ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
This matter is before me pursuant to the motion of the Petitioners, South Carolina Coastal
Conservation League and Sierra Club, for reconsideration of the Final Decision and Order dated June
16, 1998. Upon careful consideration of the Motion for Reconsideration and the supporting
memorandum, I conclude that the Final Decision and Order of June 16, 1998, correctly interpreted
and applied the pertinent law. Accordingly, Petitioners' Motion for Reconsideration is hereby
DENIED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
