THIS MATTER IS BEFORE THE COURT upon a consent motion by all parties, pursuant to Rule 41, Scrcp, and Rule 68,
ALJD, for an order to end this case. The attorney for the Petitioner J.M. Pendarvis, attorney for the Respondent Carroll
Griffin, and attorney for Respondent SCDHEC/OCRM hereby agree and assert no objections to the withdrawal of petitition
by Petitiioner Plaintiff J.M. Pendarvis, and that the objections to the issuance of the subject Dock Permit # OCRM-01-488-M should be dismissed with prejudice. Therefore, it is ordered that this action and Petition is dismissed with prejudice, and
this case be stricken from the calendar.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED this 3rd day of December, 2002.
